Our commitment
We aim to make Lotix clear, navigable, keyboard-friendly, and compatible with modern assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, especially as the app adds complex production workflows, media review surfaces, generation controls, and collaboration tools.
Current approach
- Use semantic page structure and descriptive page titles.
- Support keyboard navigation for core site and app controls where practical.
- Provide readable contrast, predictable layouts, and responsive behavior across common screen sizes.
- Write button, link, and form text that describes the action being taken.
- Continue improving media-heavy production workflows, including generated takes, reference assets, and review surfaces.
Known limitations
Some AI-video, media-preview, and production-planning workflows can be complex for assistive technologies. Some third-party checkout, authentication, analytics, embedded media, or provider surfaces may also have accessibility behavior outside Lotix's direct control.
We do not claim formal accessibility certification. We do aim to identify and fix meaningful barriers as we learn about them.
Feedback
If you find an accessibility issue, contact legal@lotix.io or use the support channel available in your Lotix account. Please include the page or workflow, the browser and assistive technology you used, and what happened.
