Pre-Pro
Don't roll camera until the world is locked. Before you spend a single token, build your project's reusable visual library. Create strict reference sheets for your cast, locations, props, and wardrobe. Lock in your characters so their visual intent carries perfectly across every shot, outfit, and angle.
The Breakdown
Scripts aren't just text. They are blueprints. Break your story down exactly how a 1st AD would. Organize your project into sequences, scenes, and individual shots. Attach sluglines, continuity notes, cast lists, and specific locations directly to the shot list so the entire crew knows exactly what is being made and why.
The Shoot
You aren't writing prompts anymore; you are directing. Set the aspect ratio, camera movement, lens type, lighting setup, and frame anchors. Attach reference clips, define negative constraints, and lock in the model settings before you ever hit generate.
Dailies
Review takes, not loose MP4 files. Stop downloading random files to a messy desktop folder. Review your generated videos directly in the Lotix Dailies viewer. Reject the misses, mark the maybes, and circle your best takes. Duplicate a strong output to tweak the lighting, or stitch approved selects right into the scene timeline.
The Crew
Bring the right people onto the set. Filmmaking isn't a solo sport. Invite your team into the project and assign them actual set roles. Give producers, directors, editors, and viewers the exact access permissions they need to do their jobs without stepping on each other's toes.
The Line Producer
